  • For added security, Performetry creates a separate database for each customer to ensure maximum protection for their data.
  • Our servers are protected by high-end Google Cloud firewall systems.
  • Any transfer of data between Performetry and customer APIs is encrypted using HTTPS transfer protocol.
  • Only authorized HR officers, authenticated through secure single sign-on (SSO) methods such as Google or Microsoft, have access to the service.
  • To prevent risks of employee identification, access to the data is restricted to high-level HR officers only, and managers beyond that level do not have access.
  • The product interface provides anonymized dashboards and insights without referencing individual employees or their performance.
